How much does it cost to rent a caravan in Chennai?
Every trip is quoted individually — the rate depends on which caravan you book, your dates, route and hours. Call or WhatsApp 081220 87000 with your plan and we'll send a clear, itemised quote, usually within the hour. No hidden line items, ever.
What caravans are available for rent in Chennai?
Two: a compact 4-seater day-use caravan with AC lounge, washroom and mini pantry — ideal for day trips, shoots and events — and a 6-seater luxury caravan with a private bedroom, hot-water washroom and full pantry for overnight trips, weddings and VIP movement.
Can I drive the caravan myself?
No — all our caravans are chauffeur-driven. These are large commercial vehicles, and our crews know how to park them, power them and keep them serviced on the road. You travel; we operate.
How early should I book?
A week ahead is comfortable for most dates. For wedding season (Jan–Mar, Jul–Sep), film shoot schedules and long weekends, two to three weeks is safer. An advance confirms the vehicle for your dates.
Do you operate outside Chennai?
Yes — anywhere in Tamil Nadu and neighbouring states. Pondicherry, Mahabalipuram, Yercaud, Kodaikanal and Tirupati are regular runs. Interstate trips need permits, which we arrange.
What is included in the rental?
Chauffeur (and attendant on the 6-seater), fuel for the agreed kilometres, generator runtime, fresh linen, tank refills and sanitisation. Anything extra — tolls, parking, permits — is itemised on your quote before you confirm.
Is there a washroom on board?
Both caravans have a western washroom. The 6-seater adds a hot-water shower and vanity. Tanks are emptied, refilled and sanitised before every booking.
Which caravan should I choose — 4-seater or 6-seater?
Same-day plans with up to four people: the 4-seater. Overnight trips, weddings, or anything where a private bedroom matters: the 6-seater. Tell us your plan on a call and we'll recommend honestly — sometimes the smaller van is simply the better fit.
Can the caravan park at my venue or shoot location?
Almost always. We need level ground roughly the size of two car spaces and clearance of about 3.6 metres. Send us a location pin on WhatsApp and our team will confirm — for tricky venues we do a free recce.
Can you stock the pantry for our trip?
Yes. Tell us your breakfast and snack preferences when booking and we'll stock the fridge before reporting.
Are pets allowed?
Well-behaved pets are welcome on family trips. Do tell us in advance so we schedule a deep clean after your journey.
What happens if the vehicle breaks down mid-trip?
Our crew handles minor issues on the spot. For anything bigger, we send a replacement vehicle from Chennai and the lost hours come off your bill. In several years of operation this has happened twice — we maintain our own fleet, we don't broker someone else's.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes — every booking gets a proper GST invoice. Corporate and production-house billing accounts are available for regular clients.
